The short version. Filora is built privacy-first. The app runs entirely on your own computer. It reads and organises your files locally, using a local AI model, and nothing about your files ever leaves your device. We hold almost no data about you, and we never sell your personal data to anyone.

When you use the Filora desktop app: all file reading, AI processing, renaming and filing happen locally on your Mac. Your files, their contents, and the records Filora keeps about them stay on your computer. There is no account, no login, and no telemetry. The app does not phone home, send analytics, or upload your files or usage. The local AI helper, Ollama, runs on your machine over a loopback connection only. We have no server that receives your data, so there is genuinely nothing for us to store, share, or hand over.

Lemon Squeezy collects and processes the data needed to take payment, such as your name, email, billing address or country, and payment details, under its own privacy policy. From each order, we receive limited information, including your name, email address, country, and order reference, so we can deliver your download and licence key and provide support. We use this only to fulfil your order and to help you if you contact us.
